JPI + 30A
For over twenty years, I have vacationed on 30A and loved every visit. In that time, I have rented dozens of homes, condos and apartments both on the beach and off.
Since 2014, I have completed hundreds of design projects - from new construction to renovations, refreshes of all shapes and sizes, and simply furnishing spaces. On my visits to 30A, I have observed again and again how small tweaks could have made our guest experience so much better.
As I expand my business to include homeowners, property managers and realtors in the 30A area during regular visits, my focus will be on helping these clients refresh their spaces while addressing both guest reviews and the clients’ goals and concerns for their space. We will use existing furniture and accessories whenever possible, suggest layout tweaks, and make recommendations for changes that do not involve major construction.
Get started with an initial consult - We’ll start with a detailed questionnaire to help us gain clarity on your goals and needs, followed by an onsite tour of your space. For rentals this can be done during in between guests in as little as an hour, ideally after the space is cleaned up and put back together. After this consult we will provide ideas and a list of things that can be done to improve your space and guest experience along with pricing for us to source finishes and install it all for you.
How we work -
We will get started with a detailed questionnaire to help us gain clarity on your goals and needs, followed by an onsite tour of your space. For rental properties, this can be done during your turnover in as little as one hour, ideally after the space is cleaned and put back together.
We will then provide tips and suggestions to maximize income potential and improve guest experience, addressing any applicable negative guest reviews and the owner’s long term goals.
After the initial consult, we will provide ideas and a list of suggested updates that can be made to improve the designated space and guest experience. Alongside this, we offer the option to purchase the next tier of design services, in which we will implement the vision created, including sourcing and installing recommendations.
